這種衝突，叫做趨避衝突
是說明  同時有兩個目標放在眼前，但由於現實或環境的限制
卻只能二選一
所以會達成心理的矛盾和不平衡

這種衝突，叫做雙避衝突
是說明  同時兩項威脅的事情放在眼前
所以必須擇一來面對
若想躲開一項，便無法躲開另外一項
所以會形成一種痛苦的抉擇心態
因為兩項選擇都不能完全避免
古人說：「又想馬兒好，又想馬兒不吃草」
這種衝突，描述了更常見的一種衝突情況
叫做趨避衝突
是說明，一個放在眼前的目標
可以滿足我的需求，但也同時對我造成不利威脅
就是所謂的「選也難，不選也難」
就像現代男女面對的結婚
因為結婚帶來安穩、承諾、名分
但亦會構成束縛與負擔
每個人都希望完全滿足個人的各種需求
但是往往都會在許多原因之下被限制
所以我想我陷入了多重趨避衝突
多數的項目的糾纏連結
解決方法很明白，可是要實際做起來並非完全的簡單
淵源與矛頭都是不是因你而起我不想去想
紮紮實實的過，還是一樣
似乎就像紅茶說的一樣，只是我現在才恍然明白了一點
